We want to ensure you are completely satisfied with your high-performance merino gear. If your purchase isn’t quite right, you can return unworn and unwashed items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Pack Your Gear

  Place the items in their original packaging with all tags attached to ensure they remain protected during transit.

• 3.
  Attach the Label

  Download and print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, then securely affix it to the outside of your package.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Leave your package at any authorized shipping location and keep your tracking number handy until your refund is processed.
